Totally unsatisfactory shipping and communication with customer. Ordered Dec. 7, Shipped Dec. 8, Expected arrival on Dec. 23, Received email concerning the shipment on Dec. 23. This is the email message on the day it was “scheduled” to arrive: We’re sorry – your package is delayed. Your package is still on the way, but will arrive later than originally expected. We’ll let you know when it’s out for delivery. No further communication with me until it delivered on Jan 13. How could it have shipped on Dec. 8 and still be shipping until Jan 13? If it was lost or some other problem I should have been notified about the long delay and given an opportunity to cancel the order as it was intended for Christmas.
