The media could not be loaded.I wouldn’t want to mop the floors with these as slippers on my bare feet since then my feet would get the cleaner and the dirt through the fabric. I don’t see where they would fit men easily since they were almost at full stretch over my Crocs and I wear a women’s size 5. But I do plan on asking any service people that enter my home to use these as shoe covers when they walk inside if they’ve been out in the yard or their shoes look dirty. Of course my floors are rarely super clean thanks to having dogs which is why I needed these so I had plenty of mop covers and could try wearing them on my shoes to see if that made cleaning easier. It does make cleaning the floor slightly easier if I were to pick up any spills or mud before it dries since the fabric is soft and has no scrubbing material. But that makes it excellent for dusting, glass cleaning and shiny floors that the finish could be marred. I would have appreciated if half of these had scrubbing strips but I can use these for light cleaning. Another good use I might see in them is shoe covers when packing a suitcase although they may be a bit bulky for that. They did work well for cleaning and polishing my chrome lamps. I can also use these for dusting my wood furniture. I’m not sure I would use these as a mop head for wiping down the walls, they might work, but I think I would prefer a flatter pad. I did notice that there does seem to be a bit more I don’t know whether to describe as mottling or streakiness when using these as compared to flatter pads but that wouldn’t be as noticeable if my floor had more of a design like the wood plank or marble look vinyl flooring. I like the versatility of these fitting on shoes or mop and even hand and that these are washable and there’s enough of them that I can keep changing to clean ones and only have to do the cleaning products wash weekly but I still need to make the final pass with a flatter pad. Plus the first scrub with something that has a bit of abrasiveness. These are a helpful addition to my cleaning supplies but they won’t replace other necessary items.
